Brush teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes in the morning and evening or as necessary. We recommend using an OLAS soft bristle toothbrush. Follow with a splash of OLAS mouthrinse.

I love this toothpaste, but it does have a couple issues... i dont know if this is just for the batch i got, but the recent tubes ive gotten have holes in them which wastes a lot of toothpaste, sadly. But again, this is the best toothpaste ive ever used, ever.

Thank you for making such beautiful and effective products. For many years, I have been unable to use any type of mouth wash due to allergic reactions around the lips. That is until I found the Marine Bio-Active Mouthwash! I have also had to use flavor-free toothpaste, which I never felt was leading to healthy oral hygiene, until I used the Marine Bio-Active Toothpaste. Olas is worth every penny and I can't imagine ever using anything else!

One of the few toothpastes that are not in a plastic container on the market. The taste and after taste are very pleasant. Sometimes with certain toothpaste there is a bitter after taste for me however this one doesn't have it. Overall, I think I have found my new favorite toothpaste.

I LOVE this toothpaste! It is the refreshing and leaves my teeth feeling silky smooth and sensationally clean. A clean that lasts. At this price, however, I think it should include a squeezer to help customers get every bit of the product out of the metal tube, as rolling it down is a bit tricky.
